Eligible Returns
Groupe ENO only accepts returns in the following cases:
- Shipment of a product other than the one ordered
- Damaged product
Non-Refundable Charges
Delivery charges included on the original invoice and any applicable taxes will not be refunded. Products damaged by the customer cannot be accepted.
